What’s a typical day look like?

Day retreats start around 9:30am with a group run. The day generally consists of 2 -3 other self-care/wellness workshops (eg. Yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, gratitude workshops etc).

 

We provide delicious, nourishing morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea before the day wraps up around 4pm where you head home feeling refreshed, relaxed and inspired!

What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourself, a sense of adventure and a water bottle! Wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for both running and yoga and suitable for the weather. If you want to change between sessions, feel free to bring extra clothes.

I’m not a runner, can I still come?

Of course! Our retreats are designed to be supportive of all women. Want to walk instead? Go for it! There’s no pressure to run but you will be surprised at how much more you are capable of when you’re part of a supportive group!

Do you cater for different dietary requirements?

Yes! All the food on retreat is vegan (except the cheese platters). If you have any other dietary requirements please let us know in the section included on the registration form. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us as we would need to ensure we can manage any potential cross contamination.
