Run coaching is for beginners to advanced runners who:

  • Are looking for accountability and are keen to try something different
  • Are motivated to improve and reach their running goals
  • Want to gain more confidence and connection through running
  • Are feeling overwhelmed and want someone to take care of all the planning when it comes to training
  • Are willing to commit to the plan and see the results on race day
  • Want to join a community and meet up pre-event to feel more confident and have FUN and make new friends?

One on One Coaching includes:

  • Introduction 30 minute Zoom session to discuss your goals and get an idea of your lifestyle/training currently
  • Customized weekly online training schedule fine-tuned to your fitness level and goals delivered via the Final Surge App
  • Weekly email/text check-ins to answer any questions, make changes to the plan if needed, and provide general support
  • Zoom call every 2-3 weeks as arranged between coach and athlete
  • Support and motivation from Brooke throughout the training cycle
  • Accountability to keep you GOING
  • Help with planning your nutrition and pacing strategy for your upcoming races

Investment: $139 monthly

Group Program includes:

  • 8 week run program for either the 5km or 10km distance delivered to your inbox every Sunday by an accredited run coach
  • Access to exclusive Facebook Group and an incredible supportive community
  • Weekly live group coaching calls with me (Brooke) where I will run through mindset strategies, running strategies and answer any questions
  • Support and motivation from Brooke and other members of the amazing throughout the training cycle
  • Accountability to keep you GOING!
  • Help with planning your nutrition and pacing strategy
  • Prizes and discounts from our partners
  • Meet up prior to the race to pick up race pack together (optional)
  • Meet up after the races for drinks and celebrations on a successful race! (optional)

Custom 12 or 16 week program includes:

  • Opportunity to text/email coach as needed to answer any questions, make changes to the plan if needed, and provide general support
  • Help with planning your nutrition and pacing strategy for your upcoming races

Our next 8-week group coaching program begins on Monday 20 February 2023

This will see you running 5km or 10km at the end of the program with the option to meet up and run at the The Canberra Times  Running Festival.

You’ll also receive help with planning your nutrition and pacing strategy, and the chance to win prizes and discounts from our partners.

But the benefits don’t stop there! Our program also includes optional meetups prior to the race to pick up race packs together, and meetups after the races for drinks and celebrations of a successful race! Join our community and make new friends while achieving your running goals!

Who is this program for?

Any runner from beginner to advanced who is looking to improve their running and looking for support and guidance as they chase their goals

How long does the program go for?

The one on one coaching begins once first payment is received and continues on a monthly basis. You can cancel one on one coaching at anytime, however, 14 days notice is required before cancellation.

The group program goes for 8 weeks with the next program beginning Monday 20 February.

The 12 or 16 week custom training plan goes for either 12 or 16 weeks depending on your choice of plan (+ 2 recovery weeks post event written in your plan)

Does the program include my race fee?

No, your race fee is not included in the program fee. 

How much is the program?

One on One coaching is an investment of $139 per month.

The 8 week program is an investment of $249.

The 12 or 16 week custom training program is an investment of $239.
