Runner 2 Mumma retreats are more than running – they’re about creating connections, learning new skills, spending time on yourself, having fun, yoga, unwinding and more! We welcome every body and every background! You don’t need to call yourself a mum or a runner to join in either!

COVID-19: In the event that the  NSW Department of Health changes its policies around community gatherings due to COVID-19 and the retreat needs to be rescheduled/cancelled you are entitled to rebook for a future date or a full refund.

Do I have to be a mum to attend a retreat?

No! You do not have to be a mum to attend one of the retreats. The retreats are a safe and welcoming space for anyone who identifies as woman. The activities are structured so that anyone who has a sense of adventure and an open mind will get a lot out of them. In the past, we have had a mix of mums of human and fur babies, and women who do not have children.

I don’t really identify as a runner. I’m worried I won’t be fast enough. Can I still participate?

Yes! As stated above, these retreats are for everyone and every fitness level. The runs are planned as out and backs so we can pick up people on the way back. You’ll also often find someone who is just as nervous as you and also doesn’t see themselves as a “runner” to pair up with. Walking is MORE than ok!
