Hey! Nice to see you here. I’m Brooke, founder of Runner 2 Mumma.
I’ve been a runner since I can remember, and a mum since 2015. I’m also a triathlete, blogger, wife, & coordinator of our women’s running & community retreats.
I started Runner 2 Mumma as a way to hold myself accountable to my return to running after my second child, as well as a way to create a welcoming community for other women (not just mummas!).
I love what running has done for both my physical & mental health over the years. It has taught me that I can do hard things, to persevere and to respect my body.
