Hey! Nice to see you here. I’m Brooke, founder of Respirit Retreats.
I’ve been a runner since I can remember, and a mum since 2015. I’m also a triathlete, blogger, wife, & coordinator of our women’s running & community retreats.
I started Respirit Retreats as a way to create a welcoming community for women who are wanting a safe space to connect, explore, recharge through some of my favourite things, yoga, running, mindfulness activities and wine (if you’re that way inclined!).
I love what running has done for both my physical & mental health over the years. It has taught me that I can do hard things, to persevere and to respect my body.
