Are you struggling with finding time and motivating yourself to start running?

Do you need someone to motivate you, lift you up and keep you accountable? Maybe you don’t want to run alone and are looking to make new running friends.

Do you like the idea of running but just have no idea where to start or every time you DO start you end up injured and right back where you began?

I get it, I’ve been there! It can feel intimidating, or like you’re going to let the group down if you’re the slowest. I’ve been running consistently for over 15 years, but I started as a beginner. Just like you!

What is a run group?

A running group is exactly what it sounds like! A group of women, coming together to run together.

Our running groups are inclusive of all levels and abilities. They are designed to support you to gain confidence and connection while experiencing joy through running.

Running can be fun and can improve your physical fitness and mental and emotional wellbeing, when it’s done right. It can relieve stress, give you space and make you feeling amazing. Imagine a community for like-minded women who want the same.
