Shannon is a highly experienced Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor currently based in Bathurst, but with deep roots in the beautiful town of Mudgee where she spent her childhood.

With a passion for helping women with their pelvic health and continence issues, Shannon is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Physiotherapy to further her specialization in this area. Her commitment to her clients is unwavering, and she takes pride in her ability to see and feel the numerous benefits that Pilates can provide.

Shannon’s expertise in Pilates will be on full display during our retreat, as she leads an energising, soothing, and educational session that will help you connect with your body and take your running to the next level. With years of experience working with trauma and healing, she believes that every person has the power to heal themselves and live a life of purpose and fulfillment.

Sharna’s unique approach to healing is rooted in the belief that each of us holds the answers to our own healing within ourselves. Through holding space and teaching strategies to reconnect with our true selves, she helps individuals remember their innate power and potential.

During our retreat, Sharna will lead a women’s circle and breathwork session, creating a safe and nurturing space for participants to explore their inner selves and connect with other like-minded women. Her inspiring guidance and powerful techniques will leave you feeling renewed, reinvigorated, and ready to step into your own power. Please note: attendees are responsible for travel to and from the retreat venue.

Cancellation Policy

The final payment is due 14 days prior to the retreat. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required due to limited availability.

If you cancel your attendance 8 weeks before the retreat date, you will receive a full refund, except for the non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel 4 weeks before the retreat date, 50% of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.

Cancellation within 2 weeks of the retreat date will not be eligible for any refund.

In the event that you are unable to attend the retreat, we will assist you in selling your spot to another guest from our waitlist. If we successfully fill your spot, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and any other payments made.

There are no exceptions to this policy, including, but not limited to illness or injury.
