10 Week Run Stronger Program
Our Run Stronger program is a 10 week program designed for runners who are looking to take their running to the next level and build speed and strength. This program is suitable for runners who can run consistently for at least 45 minutes or more a few times a week.
By the end of the program, you will be running faster and stronger than you have before! Programmed runs will combine a mix of speed intervals, hill repeats, Fartlek and tempo sessions to build speed, strength and endurance.

- 1 group run a week starting from Port Kembla Beach Carpark, Olympic Boulevarde
- This includes a warmup, programmed run, cool down and stretching
- 2 programmed homework runs all sorted for you
- Training singlet or t-shirt
- Access to a friendly, fun, supportive community to motivate you and keep you accountable
- Support from an experienced and accredited run leader
- Access to our private VIP Facebook community where you can share stories, keep each other motivated and accountable. Share your running wins and arrange runs with other community members in your area!
